Job summary

SRCTec, LLC seeks an experienced Field Service Representative to support local units at Fort Bliss, TX, with nationwide and international field support. The role includes training, field diagnostics, and integration oversight for hardware, software, and networks, deployed CONUS/OCONUS (excluding danger zones).

You will deliver technical content, collaborate with engineering and subcontract teams, and travel up to 75% to ensure customer success and product usability across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or technical training with customers.
• Ability to interpret schematics and engineering documentation.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.
• U.S. passport and DoD Secret clearance.
• Pass a pre-deployment physical.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field training and service support at customer locations, domestically and internationally.
• Define and document requirements with customers and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide on-site consultation and integration support for hardware, software, and networks.
• Develop test plans and post-action reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Travel up to 75% with readiness for austere environments.
