Job summary

Clean Harbors in LaPorte, TX is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead the daily service crew, ensure safe operation of equipment, and drive site efficiency. The role includes coordinating job logistics, training technicians, and ensuring timely documentation.

The position requires attendance at a two-week Academy (paid) training, possibly out of state. Salary ranges from $32.00 to $35.00 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental field service operations or similar.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Ability to be on-call for emergency response situations.
• Must pass background check, drug test, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by following safe work practices and policies.
• Read work orders and verify equipment is available and operational before starting jobs.
• Inspect equipment and work area prior to starting any job.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure HPC safety policies are followed.
• Instruct, train, and direct crew in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Maintain paperwork and service receipts and submit to management.
• On-call for emergency response on rotating basis; support site remediation and hazardous materials handling.
