Qualifications

• Environmental field service operations experience required or similar.
• Overnight travel up to 2–4 nights per month.
• On‑call for emergency response situations.
• Ability to pull a trailer via pickup truck preferred.
• Able to interface with clients and management.
• Ability to manage project related vendors.
• Ability to manage, reconcile, and review all job‑related documentation.
• Work in confined spaces when required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Complete background check, drug test and physical as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority and comply with safe work practices and policies.
• Read work orders and ensure equipment is available and operational before starting jobs.
• Inspect equipment and work area prior to starting any job.
• Correct deficiencies to prevent accidents, injuries or downtime.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment as required.
• Complete paperwork including service receipts and submit to management.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Operate equipment per training and safety procedures.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce HPC safety policies.
• Meet deadlines and efficiently utilize resources.
