Job summary

Clean Harbors in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew. This role ensures proper equipment operation, efficiency at the work site and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental field service operations.
• Able to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass background check, drug test and physical.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the top priority and follow all policies.
• Read work orders to confirm equipment availability and operability.
• Inspect equipment and work area before starting jobs.
• Correct deficiencies that could cause accidents or downtime.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance as needed.
• Complete service paperwork accurately and submit to management.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and processes.
• Operate equipment per training and safety procedures.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce HPC safety policies.
• Meet deadlines and utilize resources efficiently.
• Direct crew in job duties to meet client requirements and company policies.
