Columbus Water Works is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee Field Services Teams, manage heavy equipment operations, and train workers in safe procedures. You will maintain daily logs, coordinate job assignments, and ensure timely completion of tasks while upholding safety standards.

The role requires the ability to perform heavy manual labor, operate multiple machines, and use GIS to locate infrastructure. On-call duties are required on a rotating schedule.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CDL required within six to twelve months of employment.
• Five years’ experience in construction preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Fort Benning Access.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise loading of daily assignments and equipment.
• Organize schedules to minimize worker hours.
• Inspect work areas and determine requirements.
• Direct operations with various heavy equipment (rodding, excavation, pumping, etc.).
• Maintain daily logs and use GIS to locate infrastructure.
