Clean Harbors in Winfield, PA is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, and coordinate daily operations of the service line crew. This role ensures proper equipment operation, site safety, and timely documentation in accordance with client requirements and company policies.

The supervisor will train technicians, enforce safety procedures, manage paperwork, and meet progress deadlines while providing on-call support and traveling as needed.

Formación

• Environmental field service operations experience.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month.
• On-call availability for emergency response.
• Ability to interface with clients and management.
• Ability to manage, reconcile, and review all job-related documentation.
• Ability to work in confined spaces for periods of time.
• Perform physical functions per job requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by adhering to safe work practices and policies.
• Read work orders and verify equipment availability and operation before jobs.
• Inspect equipment and work area prior to starting jobs.
• Correct deficiencies that may cause accidents or downtime.
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Complete service paperwork and submit to management.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Operate equipment per training and safety procedures.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce HPC safety policies.
• Meet deadlines and optimize resource use.
• Direct crew to perform duties in line with client requirements and company policies.
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
