Job summary

Synagro seeks a hands-on Operations Supervisor to direct daily land application operations, oversee internal drivers and third-party contractors, and ensure safe, compliant service delivery in Columbus, OH.

You will monitor field performance, coordinate equipment and resources, and maintain daily documentation and reporting to the Facilities Manager, while striving to meet budget and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory, operations, logistics, or contractor management experience.
• Experience in field operations and driver coordination is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day land application operations and contractor management.
• Coordinate logistics and ensure safe, compliant service delivery.
• Review operational data and adjust processes to meet KPIs.
