Job summary

LGG Industrial is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead on-site field service activities, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will manage a hands-on team, coordinate belt installations and splices, and collaborate with multiple departments to meet service goals.

The role requires travel to out-of-town jobs, a valid CDL, and strong communication skills to interface with customers and staff. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 3+ years of conveyors experience.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• 3+ years experience with conveyors and conveyor components.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, including training, setting expectations and daily objectives while holding team members accountable.
• Plan, organize, direct, manage and evaluate all field service activities.
• Interface with the customer onsite to scope job requests and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead field service team on installations and splices with conveyors.
• Maintain safety policies and ensure OSHA/MSHA compliance and training.
• Cross-train in Hose fabrication, testing, instrumentation testing, and valve automation.
