Job summary

LGG INDUSTRIAL is seeking a Field Service Specialist to install and splice conveyor belts, lead small field jobs, and support warehouse tasks in Roanoke, VA. The role requires mechanical aptitude, strong safety awareness, and the ability to travel for out-of-town assignments. Reports to Field Service Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have customer-facing experience and professional interaction with customers.
• Willingness to travel to out-of-town jobs as needed.
• Must be able to work overtime, including nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• DOT physical exam or current DOT medical card may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.
• Lead field service jobs and coordinate with team members.
• Perform conveyor belt installation with mechanical or vulcanized splice.
• Ensure quality documentation and process adherence.
• Provide onsite customer service and communicate with management.
