Qualifications

• 6-12 years of SaaS experience in professional services or client-facing roles.
• Field Service Management expertise required.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Strong English communication with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, and databases.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements, define scope, and document design processes.
• Facilitate workshops, customer meetings, and design sessions to align stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, development, and cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions.
• Define and maintain technical implementation documentation (e.g., Low-Level Designs).
• Evaluate, configure, and customize product features while ensuring best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and provide post-implementation support.
• Contribute insights to improve Zinier's product roadmap and delivery methodology.
