This individual contributor will guide customers through technical implementations, from system integrations to workflow design and go-live, working with client stakeholders and internal teams to manage timelines, configure integrations, and deliver AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with automation technologies and integration patterns.
• Ability to design tailored AI workflows and integrations.
• Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS and customer support or contact center solutions.
• Strong communication to translate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, demo and build AI workflows and integrations for customer objectives.
• Coordinate with client IT for configuration of CRM integrations and APIs.
• Participate in onboarding to gather requirements and set project goals.
• Serve as technical liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and guide UAT and testing.
• Provide training and enablement for customers on AI workflows.
• Oversee go-live and post-implementation support.
