Silco Fire & Security is seeking an Appointment and Field Service Scheduler to coordinate service appointments for our Louisville team. You will liaison between customers, field technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate scheduling and outstanding service delivery.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, efficient dispatching, and detailed data management to support high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Competenze

• Prior scheduling or dispatching experience preferred.
• Experience in service-based industries preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first mindset.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask and adapt to changes.
• Team player who can work independently and with others.

Mansioni

• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on skills, availability, location, and customer needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries and updates.
