Job summary

Silco Fire & Security is seeking an Appointment and Field Service Scheduler in Cleveland, OH. You will manage scheduling and dispatch of service technicians and serve as the main communication link with customers, ensuring timely updates and accurate records.

You will collaborate with field teams, balance priorities, and adapt to real-time changes to improve service delivery while supporting administrative tasks and policy development.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or dispatching preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on skills, availability, and location.

• Support administrative tasks and contribute to scheduling policies and procedures.
