Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on skills, availability, and location.
• Proactively adjust schedules to respond to urgent requests or delays.
• Coordinate with field technicians to optimize routing and reduce travel time.
• Provide customers with timely updates on appointment details and expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer interactions in the scheduling system.
