Qualifications

• Prior scheduling or dispatching experience; service industries preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking in fast-paced environments.
• Familiar with scheduling, CRM, or field service management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first mindset.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly.
• Team player able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming service requests via phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on skills, availability, location, and needs.
• Adjust schedules for urgent requests or delays and minimize travel time.
• Coordinate with field techs to optimize scheduling.
• Provide customers with clear updates on appointments and expectations.
• Maintain accurate records in the scheduling system and generate reports.
