Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems LLC is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations for the assigned area, coordinating routes, schedules, and all service details for commercial laundry equipment.

You will dispatch field personnel across multiple states, track work orders, prepare quotes and invoices, and act as the liaison between customers and the office to ensure safe, efficient service and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in dispatching or scheduling preferred.
• Experience with telephone/email/ticketing systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates schedules, routes, and resources for the Service team across multiple states.
• Maintains service records, dispatch logs, and work orders.
• Prepares quotes and processes service invoices, including past-due amounts.
