Job summary

Konecranes in the United States is seeking a Service Scheduler who oversees delivery of service repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance. You will schedule and dispatch field operatives, maintain clear customer communication, and ensure timely completion of work.

This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the schedule of service work for assigned customers and field operatives.
• Collaborate with Field Operations Managers for timely and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain Planning Board in Siebel to keep stakeholders updated.
• Confirm material delivery and arrange rental equipment or subcontractors as needed.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders about changes.
• Provide Evergreen Agreement and breakdown quotes and follow up for purchase orders.
• Open service requests and dispatch field operatives for emergencies and communicate costs.
• Monitor changes in agreement scope and profitability for stakeholders.
• Gain understanding of codes/regulations (OSHA, ANSI, CMAA, HMI, NEC) relevant to crane/hoist industry.
• Follow safety rules; perform other duties as assigned.
