Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Service Scheduler to oversee the scheduling and dispatching of service repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance for customer equipment. This role requires coordinating with Field Operations Managers, maintaining Siebel planning boards, and ensuring timely service delivery.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a willingness to work in an industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or prior equivalent experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage the schedule of service work for assigned customers and field operatives.
• Collaborate closely with Field Operations Managers to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer needs.
• Maintain Planning Board in Siebel to ensure all internal stakeholders can view updated schedule.
• Proactively communicate with field operatives and local management as needed.
• Confirm material delivery with customer and arrange for necessary rental equipment, as well as subcontractors, as needed.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders regarding changes or updates.
