Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Field Service Sales Representative for the Mid-Atlantic Region to drive growth by promoting maintenance agreements and expanding service accounts. You will travel to customer sites, develop relationships, and close comprehensive maintenance agreements while coordinating with sales teams to meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities include proposal preparation, pricing administration, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 2–3 years sales experience or equivalent.
Formal training in selling techniques and account management a plus.
Strong customer service, analytical, and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

Travel regularly to customer sites and regional meetings to support sales activities.
Prospect, develop relationships, and close maintenance agreements with customers.
Promote and sell a full range of service products including maintenance agreements and calibration services.
Collaborate with Lab and Industrial teams to align sales efforts and present MT as a differentiated provider.
Manage customer accounts including proposals, pricing, and service-scope coordination with sales.
Maintain knowledge of FDA, USP, ISO and related regulations; use SAP CRM effectively.
Lead qualification and nurture activities within territory targeting potential and existing customers.
Analyze and prioritize activities to focus on the highest-potential opportunities.
Perform other duties as needed.
