Job summary

Munters is seeking a Sales leadership professional to supervise and deliver field service, operations and manufacturing projects. You will ensure quotes meet specifications and orders are on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes responding to customer needs and collaborating with project owners and teams to maximize profitability. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience, strong engineering knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years in Sales related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service quotes to support projects in the field by defining project scope, cost estimates, goals and deliverables.
• Help drive DCT Service Sales by conducting service check-in quotes for parts, extended warranty and service contracts.
• Manages service sales contracts including managing risk of contractual obligations relating to projects.
• Effectively communicates relevant service sales information to management.
• Prepares contractual claims including extensions of time and costs for field service projects.
• Proficient in project schedule management.
• Provides timely response to all sales requests.
• Resolve and/or excel issues in a timely fashion.
• Understands pricing model and billing procedures.
• Follows-up with clients regarding unpaid invoices.
• Ensures service sales legal documents are completed and signed on a timely basis.
• Reviews project scope to ensure cost and profitability.
• Keeps track of lessons learned and shares with management.
