Munters Corporation seeks a Sales Project Coordinator to oversee field service, operations and manufacturing aspects of projects in the Daleville, VA area. You will guide quotes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery in line with Terms and Conditions.

The role emphasizes timely communication with clients, managing contracts, and resolving issues to support successful field projects. A high school diploma and sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in Sales related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes for field projects defining scope, costs and deliverables with cross-functional input.
• Manage service sales contracts and contractual obligations.
• Prepare contractual claims for time extensions and costs.
• Proficient in project schedule management.
• Respond promptly to all sales inquiries.
• Escalate issues timely as needed.
• Understand pricing models and billing procedures.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices with clients.
• Review project scope to ensure cost and profitability.
• Capture and share lessons learned with management.
