Job summary

Visionix USA Inc is seeking a Field Service Representative to support advanced medical and ophthalmic equipment across New Jersey, New York, New England, and occasionally other areas of the United States. This home-based role requires residing in New Jersey with 90%+ travel and travel expenses covered.

You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, provide on-site technical support, and manage parts inventory while documenting services and RMAs.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of field service experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on biomedical equipment experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience servicing, maintaining, or repairing medical devices.

Responsibilities

Visionix USA is looking for a Field Service Representative to support advanced medical and ophthalmic equipment throughout New Jersey, New York, New England, and occasionally other areas of the United States.

Requirements

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are exactly alike. You'll install equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, perform repairs and preventive maintenance, and help eye care professionals keep their equipment operating reliably.

What you'll do

No Ophthalmic Experience? We'll Train You!

You don't need to be an expert in eye care technology to get started. We'll provide training on Visionix products and equipment.
