Job summary

Visionix USA Inc is seeking a Field Service Representative to support advanced medical and ophthalmic equipment across Pennsylvania and surrounding areas, with a home-based role and 90%+ travel. Install, repair, and maintain devices while working with eye care professionals to minimize downtime.

You will diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, perform preventive maintenance, manage parts and service records, and travel within PA, OH, and nationwide as needed.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of field service experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on biomedical equipment experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of servicing, maintaining, or repairing medical devices.
• Industrial equipment service and repair.
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Military technical or equipment maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot, learn quickly, and communicate with customers.

Visionix USA is looking for a Field Service Representative to support advanced medical and ophthalmic equipment throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio and surrounding areas, and occasionally other areas of the United States.

You’ll work with advanced medical and ophthalmic equipment used by eye care professionals — installing, repairing, maintaining and troubleshooting equipment in the field.

We’re seeking a technically skilled, hands‑on problem solver with a strong background in field service and equipment troubleshooting.
