Job summary

Visionix USA is seeking a Field Service Representative to support advanced medical and ophthalmic equipment across Pennsylvania, Ohio and surrounding areas, with occasional nationwide travel. This home-based role requires residing in Pennsylvania and extensive travel, with expenses covered.

You'll install, repair, and maintain equipment, diagnose issues, and work directly with customers to resolve technical problems, while managing parts and service records and documenting activities.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of field service experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on biomedical equipment experience.
• 5+ years servicing medical devices.

Requirements

You’ll work with advanced medical and ophthalmic equipment used by eye care professionals — installing, repairing, maintaining and troubleshooting equipment in the field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience servicing, maintaining, or repairing medical devices.

Related Experience That Can Be Valuable

• Industrial equipment service and repair.

• Military technical or equipment maintenance experience.
• Technical support and customer‑facing service roles.

No ophthalmic experience? No problem.
