Position Description:

Our Field Service Representatives have a unique opportunity to leverage their technical expertise by collaborating with healthcare professionals and leading technical initiatives in medical device technology. You will be responsible for installing, updating, performing preventative maintenance, and other services for advanced Temperature Management Systems in hospitals across the United States, while providing exceptional customer service. This role offers a chance to advance your technical skills in the medical device industry.

This is a 100% travel position, with travel averaging 2-4 weeks at a time.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain ongoing communication and support to hospital staff.
  • Organize, evaluate, and update medical devices, including installation and configuration of hardware, software, and network components.
  • Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests post-installation.
  • Document and submit daily data with high standards of quality documentation.
  • Travel locally, regionally, and nationally; occasional international travel may occur.
  • Work a schedule of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Note: Compliance with client requirements for all on-site personnel to be fully vaccinated, including against Covid-19, may be required.

Job Requirements:
  • Associate degree, military training, or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience (3-5 years).
  • Strong computer skills for troubleshooting and project setup across multiple software platforms.
  • Professional communication skills and business acumen.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently or in teams.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for local travel.
  • Ability to sit, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 70 pounds.
  • Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements, including vaccination proof.
  • Must reside within 45 minutes to 1 hour of an international or major airport; weekly travel required.
