Responsibilities

Job Description:

Iron EagleX is seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals with technical experience to join our team in the St. Louis, MO area. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines supporting the implementation of a unique operationally focused software solution. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure critical deployment insights are shared with team members. This may involve embedding with users across the world and directly sharing insights with engineering teams. You will also facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise to ensure our customers' continued success.

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):

• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
• Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide feedback to the engineering team about the product.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• Technical background with knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python, Java, Microsoft Excel, hardware, networks, and server administration.
• Prior experience with Palantir Gotham is required; experience with Palantir Gaia and Foundry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Military, Special Operations, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.

Education & Certifications:

• US Citizens only due to contract requirements.

Security Clearance:

• Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
