Job summary

EOLA Power is seeking a detail-oriented Field Service Report Reviewer to validate field service reports before client delivery. You will verify accuracy, ensure complete documentation, and prepare data for quotes and internal teams.

This role emphasizes accuracy, consistency, and clear reporting for mid-level technical audiences, with direct support for operations and sales and a path to contribute to revenue protection.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and digital documentation systems.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to learn technical material through training and repetition.
• Experience in critical power, UPS systems, batteries, or technical service environments is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review completed Field Service Reports for accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
• Verify critical information including manufacturer dates, battery installation and end-of-life dates, capacitor and fan replacement dates, unit EOL recommendations, and supporting images and documentation.
• Identify and correct common reporting errors before reports are finalized.
• Ensure no missed details that could result in lost quoting opportunities.
• Maintain consistency and adherence to internal review process.
• Verify all supporting images are clear, properly labeled, and correctly oriented for client-ready presentation.
• Review Service Comments and Recommendations for clarity and professionalism.
• Ensure language is clear, concise, and appropriate for mid-level technical audiences.
• Validate Excel summary tables for accuracy and usability.
• Assist with generating quotes based on service findings.
• Bridge the gap between field observations and commercial follow-up.
• Support operations and sales teams with accurate documentation.
