In addition to report review, the position provides quoting support to bridge field observations with commercial follow-up, contributing to revenue protection and process excellence within a growth-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Review completed Field Service Reports for accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
• Verify critical information including battery installation, EOL dates, and replacement dates.
• Ensure images are clear, properly labeled, and oriented for client-ready presentation.
