Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing field installation, field service, construction, security, infrastructure, or similar projects.
• Strong experience managing schedules and coordinating multiple projects or sites simultaneously.
• Comfortable working directly with customers, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Associate degree or relevant trade certifications will also be considered.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple security system installation, upgrade, relocation, and removal projects across the U.S.
• Own and maintain the integrated master schedule for assigned projects.
• Coordinate site preparation through onsite and remote project meetings.
• Work directly with TSA/customer stakeholders, general contractors, system integrators, subcontractors, and internal field service teams.
• Coordinate shipping, rigging, equipment positioning, installation, and onsite testing.
• Manage subcontractor relationships throughout the installation process.
• Coordinate field resources across multiple project locations.
• Provide regular project updates to management and customers.
• Identify and manage project risks, schedules, scope, costs, quality, and communication.
• Support projects through installation and transition into ongoing field service and maintenance.
