STV is seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Baggage Handling Systems to join our national aviation team. The role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing BHS projects and keeping stakeholders informed with regular updates.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in aviation baggage handling project management, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication, leadership, and TSA guideline knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in aviation baggage handling system project management/implementation.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills including client presentations.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day activities of one or more projects.
• Serve as primary point of contact for airport leadership.
• Collaborate with TSA Regional Deployment Coordinators and contract personnel.
• Lead construction and implementation teams; resolve design vs. construction issues.
• Organize and document project meetings; manage stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Review RFIs and submittals for contract compliance; attend commissioning and testing of BHS systems.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and deliverables; manage change through Change Management.
