V2X is seeking a Deployment Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute complex security screening deployments for airport environments across the United States. You will lead field teams, ensure TSA compliance, and manage multi‑stakeholder coordination in a fast‑paced, regulated setting.

This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding of installation and rigging, risk management, and travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field; or related degree with extensive deployment experience
• 10+ years in deployment, construction coordination, logistics, or airport operations
• Experience with TSA programs or aviation security is preferred
• Ability to travel frequently and pass TSA background checks

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of field deployments, relocations, and removals of security screening systems.
• Coordinate with TSA personnel, airport authorities, OEM reps, electrical subcontractors, and rigging teams to execute deployments.
• Lead and manage a team of Site Leads during site surveys and onsite deployment operations.
• Establish and maintain safety procedures, quality control processes, and performance metrics for field operations.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure alignment with TSA and industry requirements.
• Support Project Managers in developing project schedules and contract documentation.
• Identify and communicate risks related to scope, schedule, and budget, and support mitigation planning.
• Manage staffing, scheduling support, training, and performance for onsite deployment teams.
• Partner with rigging subcontractors to develop specialized rigging strategies for complex installations.
