Job summary

V2X Inc. in the United States seeks a Deployment Manager to lead nationwide field deployments of security screening systems across airport environments.

You will coordinate TSA-aligned installations, supervise Site Leads, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance across multiple projects. Qualifications

• Experience managing nationwide field deployments in regulated environments (prefer TSA/aviation).
• Proven leadership of onsite technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical/data site prep, installation, and rigging.
• Experience coordinating with federal agencies, airport stakeholders, and multiple subcontractors.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and risk-management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• TSA background checks eligibility and clearance capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field deployments, relocations, and removals of security systems per TSA specs.
• Coordinate with TSA personnel, airport authorities, OEM reps, electrical subs, and rigging teams.
• Lead and manage a team of Site Leads during surveys and deployments.
• Establish safety, quality control, and performance metrics for field ops.
• Collaborate with Engineering to align with TSA requirements.
• Assist Project Managers with schedules, subcontractor SOWs, and documentation.
• Identify risks and support mitigation planning.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance for onsite teams.
• Partner with rigging subcontractors on complex installations.
