Job summary

Panelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to plan and develop production projects. You will lead the team, monitor progress, set deadlines, solve issues, manage budget, and ensure customer satisfaction and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities include coordinating planning, design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and delivery, while maintaining strong customer relationships and driving successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in electrical engineering preferred.
• Two or more years of project management experience in manufacturing preferred.
• PMP preferred.
• Three plus years of experience in an electrical role or industry required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from pre-booking to customer final acceptance.
• Direct project activities across planning, design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and delivery.
• Maintain overall responsibility for project details and outcomes.
• Ensure projects meet contractual objectives and manage cost/scope.
• Serve as primary customer contact to drive satisfaction and business objectives.
• Lead kickoff meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Prepare contractual invoicing and pursue timely payments.
• Authorize and oversee project shipments and closeout activities.
• Ensure compliance with documentation and retention requirements.
