Job summary

Sunbelt Solomon is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, documentation, and successful execution of technical field service and engineering projects. You will work with Project Managers, field technicians, engineers, customers, and internal teams to keep projects organized, scheduled, and aligned with expectations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years in project coordination, administration, operations, construction, engineering, or technical service.
• Experience in technical, industrial, construction, utilities, electrical, or field service environments is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with planning and execution of electrical maintenance, engineering, testing, and upgrade projects.
• Coordinate schedules, work orders, materials, equipment, personnel, and resources.
• Develop schedules, execution plans, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Review scopes, drawings, specs, and customer requirements for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate kickoff activities and ensure teams have needed information and resources.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates, delays, and schedule changes to Project Manager.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently with accurate records and deadlines.
• Assist with closeout activities and required documentation.
