Job summary

Vivint is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional to install and service smart home technology while identifying opportunities to upgrade solutions. You’ll be the face of the company, delivering cutting-edge security and automation to customers and driving ongoing service enhancements.

Qualifications

Sales experience in retail, B2C or service-based sales is a strong advantage.
Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
Experience in installation or service industries helpful but not required.
Must have a valid driver’s license and pass background/licensing checks.

Responsibilities

Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, locks, and home automation systems.
Evaluate homes and sell upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
Educate homeowners on using the new system for safety and security.
Pursue coaching and leadership development within the national organization.
