Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking field service professionals to perform break-fix, installation and preventative maintenance on lottery equipment. Training provided, no lottery experience required.

You’ll support customer needs, resolve equipment and communication concerns, install new units and perform preventive maintenance, helping customers keep their lottery terminals running and selling tickets. Join a collaborative, goals-driven team with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
• Understanding and experience with troubleshooting computer software and hardware technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills, with proven technical and customer satisfaction skills.
• Promptly respond to customer/management request and feedback.
• Ability to lift, install and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Pass background check and a clean driving record.
