Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a senior program manager to lead field service programs, manage vendor relationships, and drive performance reporting. You will design reports, monitor KPIs, and present insights to senior leadership to align with strategic objectives.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, data visualization skills, and experience with Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint. Collaboration across teams and external partners is essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years of related experience.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong data-visualization skills.
Experience managing relationships with external partners or vendors providing critical business services.
Experience automating workflows and analysis using AI tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end management of field service programs and projects.
Lead day-to-day management of partners and vendor relationships.
Design, build, and maintain reports for leadership and field teams.
Align and maintain KPIs and goals; analyze data for trends and improvement opportunities.
Develop PowerPoint presentations communicating performance results to senior leadership.
