Samsung Electronics America’s Wireless Networks team is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to drive end‑to‑end program lifecycle from pre‑sales through deployment and governance.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in a customer‑facing telecom role (or 10+ with a related degree), PMP certification, and proven ability to coordinate

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in a customer-facing telecom role, or 10+ years with a related bachelor’s degree.
• PMP certification required, or 10+ years in a related field with a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of next-generation mobile networks (5G, vRAN, Massive MIMO, orchestration).
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Act as customer liaison for sales and deployment activities, managing quotes, PO generation, project acceptance and reconciliations.
• Strategic deployment management of 4G/5G RAN and core network solutions.
• Lead commercial proposals, RFIs, and responses to information requests.
• Develop deep relationships within the customer organization and drive growth.
• Present program status to executives and align cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks and opportunities from project performance and reporting.
• Coordinate with SEA and Samsung HQ on new solution rollouts.
