Job summary

JF Petroleum Group is seeking a Service Operations Specialist to deploy technicians to customer work orders and collaborate with the Service Manager and Lead Technicians to deliver high-quality service.

You will interface with NSA, Supply Chain, CCC, and Service Billing while ensuring safety, adherence to SLA, and efficient resource allocation. Competitive pay with strong benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with ServiceMax and MS Office applications.
• Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Petroleum service experience preferred.
• Must pass drug screen, background check, and MVR if driving for the company.

Responsibilities

• Review branch workload and assign work orders to technicians based on priority and skills.
• Monitor SLA and adjust deployments to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain communications with managers, CCC, NSA specialists and technicians.
• Coordinate site surveys and ensure survey data is attached to work orders.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of parts and manage subcontractor coordination.
• Monitor KPIs and participate in Service Ops reviews to identify improvements.
