Job summary

The JF Petroleum Group is seeking a Service Operations Specialist to coordinate technician deployments and service delivery for diverse customer accounts. You will work with the Service Manager, Lead Technicians, NSA Specialists, and the Customer Care Center to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality service.

You will monitor workloads, schedule site surveys, manage parts requests with Supply Chain, and track KPIs such as SLA and billing efficiency, while maintaining strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review branch workload and assign work orders to technicians.
• Monitor SLA performance and communicate deviations to customers.
• Coordinate site surveys and align with project schedules.
• Manage NTEs, POs, and billing accuracy with relevant portals.
• Support deployment of subcontractors and ensure timely WO closure.
