JF Petroleum Group is seeking a Service Operations Specialist to efficiently deploy technicians to customer work orders and act as a branch liaison with NSA, Supply Chain, CCC, and Service Billing. The role emphasizes safety, high quality service, and accurate workflow management.

You will monitor workload, align resources with project needs, and maintain portals like ServiceMax, ensuring timely, cost-effective service delivery for a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Familiarity with ServiceMax and MS Office tools.
• Team player capable of fast-paced collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
• Petroleum service experience preferred.
• Must pass drug screen, background check, and MVR if driving.

Responsibilities

• Deploy technicians to customer work orders and optimize routing.
• Manage technician assignments to meet SLA and daily hour targets.
• Communicate with Service Manager and others on resource status.
• Monitor weather and delays; inform customers of changes.
• Update ServiceMax/WOs and project workbook with survey data.
• Coordinate site surveys and project staffing per schedules.
• Handle bill-to accuracy, POs, and NTE authorizations.
• Respond to customer concerns and ensure quality of workmanship.
• Expedite parts via Supply Chain to redeploy technicians quickly.
• Assist with training on processes and admin tools.
• Transfer control of technicians between branches when needed.
