Job summary

Corinth Coca-Cola Bottling Works, Inc. is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our Field Service Technicians, Equipment Delivery team, and Shop Technician in the Jackson, TN area.

You will ensure reliable operation and service of vending, fountain, and related equipment across the territory. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, ensuring timely reports and documentation, and providing training, coaching, and skills development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC/refrigeration trade certification preferred.
• 1 to 3 years supervising experience preferred.
• 1+ years refrigeration/HVAC experience preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Service Technicians, Equipment Delivery, and Shop Technician.
• Ensure reliable operation, maintenance, and service of vending, fountain, and related equipment.
• Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of service and delivery documentation.
• Train, coach, and develop employees with ongoing skills.
• Assist in emergency situations as deemed by management.
• Fill in for techs and support shop/building maintenance as assigned.
