Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is hiring a Field Service Supervisor to oversee fountain and cooler equipment service across an assigned territory. You will lead a team of field technicians, coordinate maintenance, and uphold high customer satisfaction standards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, preventative maintenance planning, and effective communication with customers to address issues promptly. Experience in HVAC/refrigeration and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
• 3+ years of refrigeration or HVAC experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and service management software.
• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, indoor/outdoor, including confined spaces.
• Must be able to maneuver equipment and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and driving record per MVR guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of field service technicians servicing fountain and cooler equipment.
• Provide guidance, coaching and support to ensure peak performance and adherence to standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime; coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Communicate expectations and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs.
• Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Manage inventory levels of parts and supplies to support operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to address service-related issues promptly.
• Track and report progress to drive strategic initiatives and achieve goals.
• Recommend and implement processes to improve productivity, quality and safety.
