Job summary

LGC Group is seeking a Field Service Technical Coordinator II to support a fast-paced global Field Service team. You will handle daily administrative tasks, coordinate travel and dispatching, maintain parts inventory, and contribute to ISO compliance.

The role interacts with multiple internal teams globally. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in admin or support roles, strong MS Office and Salesforce skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 4+ years in an administrative, customer service, or technical support environment.
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and/or web-based page layouts and object editing.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and review field service visits with Field Service Management.
• Coordinate travel scheduling for repairs, updates, and maintenance.
• Organize internal/external training events and maintain training calendars.
• Maintain ISO compliance through document control and process development.
