Job summary

MXR Imaging, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Customer Service & Operations Coordinator in Las Vegas to support field service engineers and customers. The role ensures timely service tickets, quotes, and billing details are accurately processed while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

You will liaise with project teams, track work orders, and uphold company safety standards in a fast-paced imaging environment. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to coordinate with field engineers and projects teams.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM software; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interaction between customers and employees performing onsite or remote services.
• Monitor work orders, SLA compliance, and schedule updates with FSEs.
• Generate billable quotes and ensure accurate pricing on invoices.
• Assist with billing notes, service reports, and customer follow-ups.
• Engage with customers to maintain high satisfaction and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate FSE availability for projects and update schedules accordingly.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and company values are upheld.
