The candidate will prioritize daily routes for field inspectors, handle high call volumes, and ensure visits are assigned by geography while maintaining balanced workloads.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of general office experience.
• Experience planning and prioritizing daily schedules.
• Strong typing skills 50-60 WPM.
• Knowledge of CRMs and spreadsheets such as MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor information from the operation software daily.
• Answer company-wide incoming calls and emails (high call volume).
• Effectively scheduling visits while following procedure.
• Monitor client construction schedules daily/weekly/monthly to schedule data collection visits.
• Proactively communicate with clients and coworkers regarding issues to maximize customer service.
