Job summary

MXR Imaging, Inc. is a nationwide provider of Medical Imaging solutions seeking an experienced X-ray Field Service Engineer. This home-office role handles maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of imaging equipment at customer sites with limited overnight travel.

You will perform preventive/corrective maintenance across x-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and PACS networks, with site planning and OEM interface support. A strong diagnostic skill set and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Medical Imaging Field Service with repair experience.
• Experience with OEM systems such as Carestream, Canon RadPRO, GE AMX/OEC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshooting on medical imaging equipment.
• Install imaging systems and assist with site planning to OEM specifications.
• Complete FDA paperwork for radiation equipment installations.
• Order parts and maintain equipment inventory.
• Provide on-call service coverage after hours on a rotation.
• Complete time sheets, expenses, and radiation badge compliance.
