Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to recruit, train and lead ambulance crews while ensuring payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will manage scheduling, certifications and liaison with clinical leadership and customers.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching ability and hands-on supervision of field teams in a high-demand healthcare environment with HIPAA guardrails.

Qualifications

• Current Paramedic license and National Registry certification required.
• Experience leading and training field staff.
• Ability to evaluate, coach, train and direct field crews.
• Ability to ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, hire and orient field staff.
• Evaluate, coach and discipline field staff as needed.
• Develop and staff master schedule including call-ins/fill-ins.
• Track payroll per company policy and resolve payroll questions.
• Direct and supervise field crews to ensure ambulance readiness.
• Ensure field staff maintain required certifications and licensure.
• Maintain high levels of customer service with patients and providers.
• If needed, assist with compliance and documentation for regulatory audits.
