Job summary

gbsalesserviceinc is seeking a Field Service Operations Manager in Michigan to lead the field service technicians’ service business and coordinate activities across departments to best serve customers and employees. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Manage the customer experience with strong communication throughout the life of the work order(s) and keep customers apprised of any issues or changes.
• Schedule and coordinate all service work for the team while managing technicians’ workload.
• Ensure field service technicians are scheduled for maximum time efficiency.
• Approve work orders and route to service billing for processing.
• Understand service KPIs and use them to manage team performance.
• Quote service repairs in Salesforce and ensure quoted work is completed within the quoted amount and on time.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
