Culligan Quench is seeking a Business Operations Director, Field Service to lead regional Field Service operations, drive performance, governance, and continuous improvement. You will partner with ROMs and cross-functional leaders to align field activities with enterprise goals and CBS standards, ensuring safety, quality, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in field service, operations, or service delivery.
5+ years of experience leading managers and cross-functional teams.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent preferred.
Strong executive communication and ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Lead Regional Operations Managers to ensure performance consistency across regions.
Develop enterprise-wide governance, standards, and an audit strategy.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve service delivery and efficiency.
Ensure alignment of field operations with organizational objectives and service standards.
Collaborate with Ops, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and EHS to drive effectiveness.
